Title: certificate problem

I'm using KM555R with v10c firmwire . I would like to use some java programs without a certificate. They are installed, but whenever I would like to use always asks ''program want to access your phone ,do you allow it?''
I say yes but phone does not allow it whatever I say and re-asks  "do you allow?"

How can I use uncertificated programs without problems?
