« on: October 06, 2011, 02:00:34 am »
I mean:
1. How to moderate a firmware with .kdz file (delete somes images, sounds, in [lgapp/Media] Folder, etc...)
2. make my own firmware with my edited CUST.big?
Are there any programs and instructions necessary ?

Thanks a lot.

1. How to moderate a firmware with .kdz file (delete somes images, sounds, in [lgapp/Media] Folder, etc...)

You can delete using the winimage. Download your cust and delete unnecessary files you want.

2. make my own firmware with my edited CUST.big?

You can extract .kdz file using KM555 utils. You can extract CUST_THEME.big from kdz, But I don't know how to compile it back. lol :D
Tamthangia know how to do it but I am not seeing him here for month, I think.

for 1.
I've already known how to delete stuffs in CUST_THEME.big by WinImage. I mean edit directly in the .KDZ one.

for 2.
Extract the CUST_Theme.big from .kdz by using KM555.flb and KM555 utils with Option I, right?.. Let me try.
Let me pm tamthangia to ask for help.
Thanks alot anyway.
