did you inject the loaders? or the HTCHERO files?

If you inject loaders you don't need to inject HTCHERO theme files to your cust, just copy it to phone memory>My Folder.

If you inject HTCHERO files to your cust you don't need to inject loaders. Just inject HTCHERO files to lgapp>dmf. save it and send back to your phone..

Another thing, if you are using loaders Idle_widget and Idle_keylock must be swf file(.swf extension). If you Inject  HTCHERO files to your cust, Idle_widget and Idle_keylock must be  dmf file.

To convert SWF to DMF to SWF use LGUI
