Try closing R&D then turn On enabler.

I do it already, does not work either.... :'( :'( :'(

i have the same problem at first,just double click the space where you will type the file

the only problem i can think off is your windows enabler is turn off

but whenever I click enabler in my tray icon there will appear an ON in the logo.

HEY HELP! :(((( IM DOING ALL THE PROCEDURE. BUT THEN, MY R&D TEST TOOL WHEN I CLICK START UPDATE, IT STARTS TO HANG UP AND WHEN I CLICK THE TAB IT SAYS (NOT RESPONDING) WHAT HAPPENED? AND WHEN I CHECK MY KM555e IT DOESNT CHANGE. Why is that?
