Just download all the file in the first post and inject all into the My Folder.

1. Phone. Exact same as how you'd put any other theme.
2. I use KP500 and GW520 and used have GD510.
3. Yes you can use in KM555.

You have to use tams theme loader firmware :)

i read again what thamtangia said, the files must be put to phone memory not memory card

Did y0u use fact0ry reset? As far as i kn0w, a black screen means you did it right, just c0py all stuff in the ph0ne mem0ry n0t in sd card. Fact0ry reset wil just screw u up, huhuhaha!
